Unable to complete Windows Defender installation

Problem:

When you install Windows Defender, at the end of the installation, an error occured
"Service 'Windows Defender' (WinDefend) failed to start. Verify you have
sufficient privileges to start system services."

Solution:

Open the Registry Editor (Regedit) through RUN box.
Navigate to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows Defender

Right-click on Windows Defender registry, choose Permissions.
Click Add button, type your account name and click Check Names.
Click OK.
Now, put a check all boxes under Allow. Click Accept and OK.

Delete Windows Defender registry and try to install the Windows Defender again.

Oh gosh, I've been busy these past few weeks. Our account have been busy again. I even forgot I have a blog! How about that? Well, holidays are here coming and believe me all people are rushing here and there. I wish all people including myself would remember the real essence of Christmas.
